How does SOUND CARE work?
SOUND CARE's U-shaped sequence is a personalized musical relaxation technique based on the principles of hypno-analgesia. The construction of this scheme offers a complete relaxation session, including three phases: a first phase representing your state of consciousness, leading you progressively to a modification of this one to arrive at a phase of relaxation (second phase) then a progressive resumption of the state of consciousness (third phase or phase of awakening).
SLEEPThe 'L-Sequence'
The L-Sequence promotes sleep, taking over only the first phase. The 'L-Sequence' promotes sleep and sleep quality in many indications. The variations in rhythm, melody, frequency and harmony of the SOUND CARE sessions act through sensory, cognitive, affective and behavioral channels.
RELAXThe 'U Sequence'
The U-shaped sequence offers a complete relaxation cycle. The musical induction is personalized according to the emotional and affective preference of the patient. At the neurophysiological level, music naturally stimulates the production of endorphins and dopamine, the neurotransmitters of happiness.
REFRESHINGThe 'J Sequence'
The J-sequence promotes the recovery of consciousness and can therefore be used for a gentle awakening. The 'J-sequence' allows for a gradual awakening.
